How much does junk removal cost?

Do you offer free estimates?
Yes, every estimate is completely free with no obligation. We come to your location, assess the job, and give you an upfront price. If the price works for you, we can often start the same day. If not, there's absolutely no pressure.
What items do you remove?
We remove almost anything non-hazardous: furniture, appliances, yard waste, branches, construction debris, household junk, electronics, boxes, and more. If you can point to it, we can probably haul it. The easiest way to find out is to call us or request an estimate.
What items can't you take?
We cannot remove hazardous materials (chemicals, paint, solvents, asbestos), medical waste, or certain regulated items like tires and car batteries. If you're unsure whether we can take something, just ask during your estimate — we're happy to let you know.
How does scheduling work?
Call us at (720) 751-7020 or fill out our online form. We'll schedule a time to come out and give you a free estimate. Most estimates can be scheduled within 1-2 days. If you approve the price, we can often start the job immediately or schedule it at your convenience.
Do you serve my area?
We serve the entire Denver Metro area including Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Arvada, Westminster, Thornton, Centennial, Littleton, Englewood, Commerce City, Wheat Ridge, Broomfield, Northglenn, Golden, Parker, and surrounding communities. If you're in the greater Denver region, give us a call and we'll confirm.
How long does a typical job take?
Most residential jobs take between 30 minutes and 2 hours, depending on the volume and type of items. Larger cleanouts (full garage, basement, or property) may take longer. We'll give you a time estimate along with your price quote.
Do you do same-day pickups?

Do you clean up after removal?
Yes. We don't just haul your junk and leave a mess. After loading everything, we do a basic sweep and cleanup of the area. Our goal is to leave your space cleaner than we found it.
Do you handle construction debris?

Can you clean out an entire garage or basement?
Absolutely. Full cleanouts are one of our most popular services. We handle garages, basements, yards, attics, storage areas, and entire properties. We do all the loading — you just show us what goes.
Do you serve commercial clients?
Yes. We work with property managers, landlords, general contractors, real estate agents, and small businesses. Tenant turnover cleanouts, job site debris removal, and office cleanouts are all services we provide.
What happens to the junk after removal?
We practice responsible disposal. Items in good condition are donated to local charities when possible. Materials that can be recycled go to appropriate facilities. We always prioritize keeping usable items out of the landfill.
Do I need to be home during the pickup?
Generally yes — you need to be present to show us what needs to be removed and approve the estimate. For repeat customers or pre-approved jobs, we can sometimes make arrangements for service without you present. Just discuss it with us when scheduling.
