Services

CO Top Junk Removal provides junk removal, hauling, yard cleanup, and debris removal services in the Denver Metro area. All services are subject to availability, scheduling, and site assessment. Pricing is determined on a per-job basis through free estimates and is based on volume, weight, and accessibility of items to be removed.

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by CO Top Junk Removal are free and non-obligatory. Final pricing is based on the on-site assessment and must be approved by the customer before work begins. Additional items discovered during the job that were not part of the original estimate may result in adjusted pricing, which will be communicated and approved before removal.

Prohibited Items

CO Top Junk Removal does not remove hazardous materials, including but not limited to: chemicals, solvents, paint (in some cases), asbestos, medical waste, and other regulated materials. We reserve the right to refuse removal of any items we deem unsafe or outside the scope of our services.

Liability

CO Top Junk Removal will exercise reasonable care while performing services on your property. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property, items, or surfaces. Customers should identify and protect items they do not want removed or disturbed before service begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CO Top Junk Removal's total liability for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
